SHIPPING:

  1. What are my shipping options? 
    Products are shipped via USPS. You can choose your delivery method during checkout. 
  2. How long will it take for my order to arrive? 
    Products are hand crafted and crafted on order. Orders under 50 take 5-7 business to produce before shipped. Orders over 50 will be quoted. Shipping time frames are in addition to production times.

ORDERS:

  1. Can I change my order?
    If your order hasn't been customized or shipped it can be changed. To change your order email info@nataliec.com.
  2. Can I cancel my order once its been placed?
    If your order hasn't been customized or shipped it can be cancelled. To cancel your order email info@nataliec.com.
  3. Can I track the status of my order? 
    Processing times varies, with an average estimated processing time of approximately 5-7 business days for orders under 50. Orders over 50 will be quoted. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification to your email address notifying you of your tracking details. 

  4. Can I customize my order? 
    Bud vases are available in solid Maple or Mahogany wood and can be customized with a color pin stripe. The colors available are listed in the product page. 

  5. Help! My package is missing!
    We apologize if your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you cannot find it. Carriers sometimes leave packages in a safer location. Check around the house and with your neighbors. Also, carriers sometimes change the status in error. Please allow an additional 24 hours for your package to arrive. 

  6. Do you have free samples?
    Sorry, due to the cost of material and amount of time to create we cannot offer free samples. 

PRODUCT:

  1. What species of wood is used?
    We currently stock Maple and Mahogany wood.
  2. Can I request stained wood?
    We do not offer wood stains. 
  3. Is the wood finished?
    All wood products are finished with a clear water based finish and topcoat.
     
  4. Are the wood products suitable for outdoors?
    Our products are finished with a protective topcoat but are not waterproof. If weather permitting you can display the products outside but should not be setup under rainy or windy conditions.
